How to organize a PDF
- Choose Attach PDF and wait for the page cards to load.
- Drag cards into order, or use their arrows. Duplicate or delete pages from the individual cards.
- Choose Save Organized PDF, download the result and check its page sequence.
Useful for document assembly
Organize PDF helps when a scan is out of order, a repeated form page is needed, or blank and obsolete pages should be removed. Unlike splitting, the goal is one revised document.
Non-destructive workflow
Your changes exist only in the new exported file. FlowPDF does not overwrite the source PDF stored on your device.
Plan the sequence before saving
For a submission bundle, put the cover or instructions first, followed by the supporting pages in the order the recipient expects. When duplicating a blank form, check that you are copying the blank version rather than a completed page containing someone else's details. Page previews are useful for spotting repeated sheets, but open the download to check small print and page boundaries.
Organization changes the page sequence; it does not rewrite the text printed on a page or update an existing table of contents. Document-level features such as bookmarks, form relationships and certificate signatures should not be assumed to survive rearrangement unchanged. Keep the source and use its original authoring application when those features are essential.
